What Is Offered: For this offering, life coaching sessions are one-on-one life enhancement therapy consultations, conducted via phone - in which, the client is proactively coached, energized and empowered to evaluate, clarify, claim, prioritize and commit to his or her true goals and aspirations. The NDLC Life Coach then masterfully identifies and coaches through resolution of limiting thoughts and perspectives, paradigms, conflicts and contradictions - all with one incredibly life-altering objective in mind. To align the client's thoughts, decisions, expectations and actions with the path that will foster the greatest degree of true happiness and fulfillment... This ultimately aligns the client's time, energy and commitment in a manner that most optimally fosters the client beginning to live his or her very own most maximized life. Session topics are expanded in this offering, above and beyond the Empowered Living offering, to include targeted assessment and discussion about any Youth Esteem & Enrichment related fears, doubts and limiting perceptions - as well as the associated conditioning which continues to enable them. And once origins and continuing enablers are understood, effective eradication of the limiting perceptions is possible… making way for the transition to a considerably greater outlook, set of expectations and imminent future. Last but not least, inspirational and motivational tools, along with a steady helping of inspired insight, will be provided to offer just the right daily allowance of encouragement, enlightenment and support needed to maximize the motivation and perseverance to succeed. Working with the two of you, we will schedule and conduct the Life Coaching Sessions identified in the Life Starter Coaching Package you choose. Those sessions will be via the phone and typically up to sixty (60) minutes in length - with the exception of the initial session, which is up to ninety (90) minutes). Included in the New Destiny Life Coaching Package will be; 1. Review and delivery of life coaching insight on completed Customized Life Coaching Assessment (to provide a window into your child's perception about his or her life and potential implications 2. Concentrated assessment, clarification, prioritization, encouragement, conflict resolution, planning and achievement within the following Life-Success Factor Areas; - School - Family - Friends - Health - Happiness - Self-Esteem - Future Aspirations (Note: Session time spent on each will vary, based on relative importance for your optimal degree of success, true happiness and fulfillment.) 3. For the NDLC Life Coaching Sessions, while content and discussions will vary dependent on the client's needs, generally sessions will include emphasis on the following life-altering behaviors and paradigms; - Emphasis on enhancing ownership, drive, commitment, enthusiasm, concern for effectiveness, passion, inspiration, motivation, confidence, belief in self, empowerment and desire to achieve - Emphasis on increasing ownership and perceived responsibility for direction, tenor and the ultimate outcome of life - Emphasis on helping the client discover the whys that will see them through the rough patches and naysayers - Emphasis on challenging the client to acknowledge and claim their aspirations and dreams - Emphasis on introducing the client to his or her inherent power to change things - Emphasis on introducing the client to his or her inherent power of audaciousness - Emphasis on introducing the client to the incredibly empowering influence that inspirational and motivational messages (both internal and external) can have on their attitude, decisions and outcomes 4. Personal signed copy of Coach D Anthony's highly touted inspirational self-help book, "The Nurse in the Delivery Room Slapped Me… Once: Stories and Perspectives to Help You Unlock Your Amazing Potential" (to be utilized as a source of inspiration between Life Coaching sessions) 5. Inspirational Quotes, Thoughts and Perspectives Reference Tool (to continuously uplift, empower, motivate and inspire) 6. Email support for priority issues arising between sessions 7.
