Outside of the initial session, NDLC Life Coaching sessions are typically scheduled for an hour, unless otherwise stipulated. In some cases, the initial Life Coaching session is schedule for one and a half hours.

9. What's the importance of a Life Coach having certification?

Technically no certification is officially required for people, qualified or otherwise, to bill themselves as Life Coaches.
